The homeowners set the rental rates for their homes. Unless otherwise indicated, rates displayed are per night for use of the number of bedrooms/beds described in each listing. If additional persons sleep on sofas, air mattresses, etc., there may be an additional charge. The homeowners retain the right to set a maximum number of persons to be lodged in their home.

Common rates are $125 - $200 per bedroom, per night for a room, homes within walking distance usually run $200 - $250 per bedroom per night. Walking distance is considered a mile and a half or less. An entire home can run from $200 to $1,500 a night depending on the number of bedrooms, proximity to track, and number of baths.
